Keep it practical for the user. Software must have a practical interface that requires the least amount of action
on the part of the user.

• The interface should keep the user updated on any situation or condition that needs action.
• The Software should remind the user of his responsibilities.
• DO IT ONCE. Don’t run your school, daycare, mini-storage facility, or business manually and then enter the information into the computer.
• Enter it into the computer as it occurs, thus reducing the possibility of an error.
